William
We were grateful for the family-friendly accommodations we were able to book last minute.

We would stay here again, really enjoyed its marvellous and unbeatable location. Nice place all in all, has very enthusiastic staff at reception desk. Make sure you stay in the queen room in couch. 2 televisions, a mini-fridge, and a lounge are available. It is close to a port, easy to find.

Jean-François
Functional and big units with the bedroom, a jacuzzi, for example.
-
Jean
Convenient location with easy access to restaurants and an oceanarium within a short walk from here. A large supermarket is also nearby. 🌊 Walking distance to both a big supermarket and smaller supermarket.
-
Charles
We didn't feel like leaving, would recommend. Its location within walking distance of an oceanarium and casinos was marvellous and unbeatable. There were a supermarket and a convenience store around the hotel...

Donald
The whole experience was very positive, no complaints, would recommend. That hotel was wonderful, the rooms were stocked and beds were exceptionally comfortable

The hotel is in a fantastic central location, very close to the skytrain station, the conference center, and several restaurants, including a Save On supermarket that has a Starbucks. The room was nicely arranged and cozy, and it even had a jacuzzi for relaxation.

The layout of the rooms.
One elevator didn't work well.

Clean and modern spot with super helpful staff. The breakfast is yummy and there are plenty of food options. The rooms are new and have a jacuzzi 🛁.

Staffs just open the door after knocking once . We rent hotel for privacy and u hold some deposit from my credit card . they can just call us through phone reminding our check out time rather than knocking the door. The room that I booked said that it is Deluxe Queen Suite but the bed is sooo hard.

The pillows were too hard. Couldnot sleep.
I wasn't informed in advance (before 24hours) that there was no vacancy at the place where i had booked two weeks in advance. I was offered no discounts or any other alternatives to make up for the inconvenience caused at the last moment.

Roland
The suite with a jacuzzi was enjoyable, and we wouldn't have minded spending the whole day there, with convenient amenities like a microwave oven, electric kettle, and refrigerators available to us.

Clean room comfy bed good value
Long wait to check in with only one staff at reception while 4 or 5 walked around the lobby. Then there were 2 staff stationed at reception at 10 pm! Poor service!!
